"Umbria Jazz Winter"
From 1993 the ancient city of
Orvieto offers his hospitality to the
Umbria Jazz Winter Festival.
Founded by the Etruscans, Orvieto is a beautiful place in the heart of the green Umbria, with a charming historical centre.
Every winter, the music spreads in all the street of the city and in some old palaces, such as Palazzo del Popolo, Palazzo dei Sette, Museo Greco and Teatro Mancinelli.
This eleventh edition is organized to celebrate the New Year: from December 27th to January 1st, every day from morning to night, the internationals artist of Umbria Jazz Festival palyed their music around the city.
Street Parade, jazz launch and dinner, jam session with some famous artist: The Richard Galliano Trio, Ares Tavolazzi, The Funky Seven Band of New Orleans, The Johnson Extension Gospel Singers, Randy Weston, Mitch Woods & his rocket ‘88S.
